The Growth Lead is responsible of one of the 3 Telemedicine (TM) pillars for expanding the reach, effectiveness, and sustainability of MSF’s Telemedicine Program globally. The role focuses on driving adoption across projects, strengthening integration within medical operations, and ensuring telemedicine becomes a standardized, high‑impact component of MSF’s medical action. This is done by the management of 5 Regional implementation Officers (RIO) which are the representatives of Telemedicine program our projects. Through the RIO team they will follow projected trends for the future of TM services.

MSF Canada is looking for someone who will be responsible for the following:
Empower and lead the implementation team to develop strong relationships with each project to enhance communication, feedback, and support
Expand and amplify services usage and access across MSF projects in particular empowering locally hired staff (LHS) in using the services and tools
Monitor and analyse stakeholder usage and engagement in order to translate it into strategies for growing services through a user engagement framework
Set a service standard with the Growth Team so they are empowered to apply their skills to harmonize operations delivery in all regions
Develop and implement of our communications on TM’s growth and improve its impact.
Manage day-to-day operations across leadership, performance enablement, training, recruitment, strategic and annual planning, budgeting, and other high-level growth initiatives.
· Ensure compliance to set process and workflows, and integrity of the TM project user data base

The successful candidate will bring to MSF Canada:
Proven successfully managing and developing teams cross- functional teams in decentralised setting and different time zone ensuring strong communication and operational effectiveness
Experience translating data from statistical points to actionable objectives
Experience developing scalable models for growth of operations in various environmental, cultural, and social contexts
Experience iterating on communication strategies to optimize rapport and cooperation with stakeholders
Knowledge of the project life cycles
Experience in risk management as part of the iterative development process
Fluency in verbal and written English
Fluency in verbal and written French
Proficiency in Spanish or Arabic are assets
Working Conditions
Hybrid model: a minimum 40% presence in an MSF Canada officer per week.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday (9 a.m.–5 p.m., core hours 10 a.m.–3 p.m.); occasional evenings or weekends may be needed.
